Correct, the banjo is held in place with a circlip. When I change the oil, I just undo the turbo drain line from the turbo side and let it flow into the oil basin from there. I have been using this setup for a year and a half and about 6k miles with no problems whatsoever(except a shattered 2nd gear in my tranny)
