I'd swap a race car for a GT350.
Drive the gt350 to a track day, not a local cars and coffee car show.
Flog it on track for a day and next day drive the back roads home.
The drive to and from the track makes a nice 3 day GT car/driver challenge.
If it breaks pull out your AAA tow card and get a rental car.
