Propaganda-laden URLs aside, I'm just amazed that anyone is still using the word "de-regulation" to describe the failed power programs of the past. The state Democrats "deregulated" the supply side, while imposing price controls and fee ceilings. That's not deregulation, it's just regulation under a new name. And I hold Davis directly accountable for his own short-sightedness.
