Big plus is the rebuild. Big minuses are the aftermarket top, tail, weak paint and worn interior, as I'm sure you're well aware.

If the buyer fixes all those things, he might be scratching his head about what he has into the car at that point.

That said, a driver with a rebuilt engine for low $20's would go quickly I think.
