Another suggestion is the C3.0/early 930 case. These are unobtainium and used by many club racers. Allows the use of a 66mm crank on a later head and spigot spacing. high rpm screamers apply here.
Can you say 66x98 and 8500 rpm? Sweet, sweet music...
