I asked Brian @ RarlyL8 that question, he said for stock 3.0s he definitely recommends SSIs, but SSIs don't do much for 3.2s - so he built those headers you can see on his site.
Here's his email to me from a few years back:
> I scrolled down and see you have an SC, I was thinking you had a Carrera. Sorry about that. For the stock SC the SSI exchangers are a nice improvement. They are a bit small for the Carrera, resulting in minimal improvement when compared to the premuffer/muffler combo. The SC shows more improvement due to smaller port size matching the SSI more closely. We have tuned headers with heat but they are designed for the 3.2L engine or modified 3.0L. So for your SC I would recommend SSI and one of our dual inlet mufflers. I really Like that combo on the SC.
