I have both tennis elbow, and golfers elbow.

Tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis) outside of elbow.

Golfers elbow (medial epicondylitis) inside of elbow.

I've never played Tennis, and I played Golf a few times..My injuries manifested from poor technique weight training..

The shot worked on the Tennis elbow, but not the Golfer Elbow (for me)..

Actually getting the shot isn't so bad, it was the discomfort for two-three days after that the Dr told me would make me hate him.

There are stretches you can try, strength training with light weights.. Etc..It sucks and I know the discomfort first hand.. I'm going for a third shot for the golfer elbow... if that doesn't work (probably wont) I'm told surgery is next..

There is also PRP treatment, Platelet Rich Plasma. which they prepare using your own blood.. my Dr mentioned it but didn't push it, wanting me to try more physical therapy before reaching...
