Counterforce strap. Redistributes force (like a capo) so there's less of it on the injured portion of extensor tendon.
Try lifting/carrying things with your palm facing upwards, not downwards. Also reduces force on the injured tendon.
Stretching exercises. Arm out in front of you, elbow straight, palm facing down. Then use your other (good) hand to flex the wrist such that your fingers are pointing towards the ground. You should feel a stretch by your elbow. If that's too easy, then while doing the stretch, externally rotate your fingers "outwards" (hyperpronation of forearm).
If that's not enough, consider PT/acupuncture/cortisone injection/PRP injection.
