No, never. but I'm quite a bit more cost conscious than most folks
i worked in as bike shop in college. There was no labor charged in replacing a tire if the tire was bought at the shop. IIRC the most expensive tire we sold was $19. but that was a while ago.
If they charged you $95 the tire better be packed with white stuff.
There is NO WAY I would pay that. No way in hell. I' have them yank that BS tire right back off of there.
And after i stormed out of there after NOT PAYING I would make sure i never set foot in there again. And I would tell everyone I could just how much of a rip-off that place is.
