My prescription is $1.35 a month at Walgreen's. Every year, my insurance tries to push me to get a three-month supply from CVS instead (by saying I neglected to opt-out of their bulk program). If I buy it from CVS in a 3-month supply, it will save me a whopping 15¢! (5¢ a month). The Walgreen's is walking distance from my house. The CVS is across town. I will burn more in gas going to get it. That, and if I have another temporary prescription, it will be a pain to get.
