I have a problem with ATF leaking by my vacuum modulator, ALL OVER THE FLOOR
. It all started with a MAF, problem and you folks sent me to the guy to fix that. THANKS. My damn vacuum lines were original and hence bad replaced them. My tyranny wasn't shifting correctly. I pulled the vacuum modulator and reran the main vacuum back to the modulator. Good vacuum know. The modulator works fine as per my mini vac. I assume the plastic rod floats and is not supposed to be glued the diaphragm on the modulator. I have had this bastard in and out 3 times and she leaks like a beach. I have replaced the o ring twice. Maybe I'm not putting the o ring on correctly. I pull it up to the neck on the modulator and reseat the modulator. Every time I pull the modulator looking for the leak, the O ring has come off of the modulator. This damn o ring has to be the source of my leak. What is going on here. I know I'm a dumb **** but that does not fix my problem. HELP!!!!!
