I was on Coumadin for a year when I had a DVT.
ER doc told me if i l fell and hit my head at work (dangerous wet, slippery floors) to call 911 first before notifying my supervisor.
Apparently high risk of cranial bleeding on that stuff.
Glad I'm off them.
Not to mention every minuscule nick or cut took 2 weeks to heal.
