No, thats the line next to the OT mark. the bottom mark is more of a "slot". See this pic-
The picture below is the one you are looking at. This one should be viewable through the hole just below the speed/ref sensors on the top of the bell housing. You should be able to see both of these marks at the same time, top and bottom.
