That said anyone and everyone should buy on dips which we are clearly in. While no one can time the bottom, it's best to buy on the way down rather than on the way up when it is SO hard to buy great cars at great prices. There are lots of great cars at great prices and the time to act is now. Not this winter, not next summer because no one can predict when these cars turn back up. That would be a guess. The fact is prices are down and cars should be bought when prices are down on a dip.

Sure sounds like you're recommending timing the market.
