I just purchased a 997.1 turbo. Have been looking for the past 2 years. They seemed to have bottomed out about 2.5 years ago. Lower mileage ones are commanding a premium.
Higher mileage ones can be had for ~$65k and up. Lots of cars available with accidents on their carfaxes.
I wouldn't mind finding another one with high miles for cheap to track etc.
