It's neither -that- modded, nor especially high mileage, so I'm wondering if the end of summer has the market taking a leg down or if people won't buy a car in Brooklyn.

$65k is a deal if that car checks out. It's only been on the market for a couple of weeks.... mods, color combo and location aren't helping it. Seem like the seller needs to sell.
Clean, un-modded, lower mileage (under 40k), manual 6spd coupes with a rare color combo - PCCB - Limited Slip - Sport Seats or Buckets (super rare) will get swooped up quickly ($75k and up).
All and all I feel like the unmolested, original, pampered cars have leveled out about 2 years ago and thought after optioned cars are definitely on the up and up.
Also 2009 manual coupes are quite rare (great ol' housing crisis peak). So expect a premium for the 09 last of the Mezger. 10-12 manual coupes are even rarer and command a premium also.
