Boy I did a terrible job giving "clarity" above. I had the flywheel in my hand. I removed it to replace the rear main behind it. I cleaned it and looked with a bright light and there is absolutely no other mark on that hunk of steel. Just the single thin line. I highlighted it with some red nail polish so I could see it in a week or two when I'm changing the belts. So, I guess I want others to know that some models apparently have only the single line.
