That's a massive amount.....everywhere! The coastal areas are flat...no where for the water to go....but it does
. Streams become rivers, rivers become raging, and lower areas become huge lakes....
Bottom line....humans, and LOTS of them, live where Mother Nature says you probably shouldn't be living...or pay....eventually...
