Where is the block stamped 3.1? This is a really odd displacement. No fins on top = 3.3 turbo cylinders.
Well a real nice SC goes for 35K or so, so maybe 15K for mods, and then work it down from there. Seems fair to me. No one is touching this performance level for that money, I'm sure it's fast...
