They said something about hydrogen peroxide. They also said they have several more trailers that will blow. The stuff expands when it gets hot. Probably in plastic 50 gallon drums but thats just a guess. We used to get 35% where I worked years ago. A 5 gallon jug would swell big time when it got over 80* F.
