The Sea Ray was a good boat but it is old, 47 years old. I'd be happy I got 3 summers of use out of it.
If the fiberglass and the rest of nits and grits are
above average you might consider a rebuild. If not, it is a $500 or less boat. If you are going to replace the 190, weigh the cost of a rebuild on a boat you know against getting another used boat you don't.
