Co-worker lives in Houston. She had minor flooding in the house, maybe a few inches, that will require replacing her wood floors. I would imagine a small job like that will take forever to get fixed. And the area is going to be flooded with "fake" contractors that will do shoddy work or take the money and disappear with the job half done.
