On the dolly and ready for the next stage of work.


Once I got the 4 bolts loosely in the body I raised it up a few inches. All the bolts in the uprights and the crossbar were loose. I worked from the top down.
1. All bolts to the body were tightened.
2. I tapped all the uprights to remove any binding. The process was repeated as I moved down the uprights at all four corners.
3. The two below the body.
4. The two bolts that mount the uprights.
5. The two that mount the crossbars.
When lowered everything worked as advertised. At this point the only thing I'd change is come up with an easier way to access the on/off of the caster wheel brakes.
