1984 Carrera Targa
Hello all, a newbie here to Porsches, I have just taken ownership of a 1984 Carrera Targa that is going to need a lot of TLC.
Never owned a Porsche before been an old (read 1933) Morgan man till now so I have limited knowledge of the car.
It has had an aftermarket stereo and funky amp added, amp was under the pass seat, that has come out so I could do with a wiring diagram to see how the original radio was connected
Also an aftermarket steering wheel was added, way too small for my aged arms, plus the horn has been lost, I want to replace with an original, where would be the best source?
I found the horns under the front right fender, is this corrrect?
Plan is to get the car back on the road as a driver as near original as possible not concours
I appreciate any help and ask patience as I climb the steep learning curve
