Find the round relay (above the fuses) that goes to the horn. With the key on press the horn button and listen for the relay to click. If it clicks the ground at the horn button is good. This doesn't mean that the relay is good though. Pull the relay out and jump 30 and 87 (key on) and the horns should work. If they work with the jumper then your relay is bad. Plug one of the other relays in and try it.
