Maybe a bulbs burned out? To be clear, you hear the music, but are just missing lights?
Are both of those posts near "+12V" connected to power? At first I thought one would be the antenna, but I suspect that's plugged into one of the round holes.
The spade is connected to the chassis, and the chassis is ground. I suspect that spade is an "extra" ground.
