More like there will be a B-I-G settlement, no admission of wrongdoing and the victims (143,000,000+ Americans) won't get diddly squat. We'll likely get a year of free credit monitoring or something equally worthless and the lawyers will get eight-figure payouts and retire to 100' yachts on the Mediterranean.
Sorry, but that's how class action suits REALLY work. They're an absolute sham and only enrich the people that are part of the good ole' boy lawyers' club.
