You get to go back home and deal with people indirectly.
I have people that can't use the scheduling assistant, call and complain when I am not at the meeting I declined and then complain they didn't get the notice I declined only to show me that it is in their inbox. Repeatedly.
Or, people that want a piece of equipment and are told to fill out the form, then ask others for the equipment who then say to fill out the form and then leave me voicemail asking for said item.
They did find the form and send it. It is not filled out or signed. I guess they aren't getting the stuff they want.
Some days I miss my old job in CA.
