I've been using a free gantt chart software to get what I need done, but have a question about Project.

Does Project have the ability to update each resource when the schedule is changed/updated? Or do you have to manually notify everyone? Right now, I'm writing out the schedule for each sub via email. That leaves a lot of room for mistakes.

What I'm using now will only let print out an entire schedule in PDF format. I can copy and paste from that, but that's a lot of steps with 10 separate schedules.
