Douglas, Arizona? That would be like Palm Springs compared to Anthony, NM.
New Mexico has one of the highest per capita MH occupancies in the country, but the entire state might have 1.5 million people. The whole state is in the boonies. The
state is the boonies.
I've lived in California, Texas, Virginia, Florida, Massachusetts, Maryland, Rhode Island, West Virginia, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Colorado, which are all somewhat similar, except for geography; and then there's New Mexico...I spent 30 years there, probably end up back there.
