Since I build Mezger cases you will probably think I have a vested interest in this discussion, but I want to tell you honestly that in my development period for these cases, me and my engineers and toolmakers have looked at dozens upon dozens of cases.
I have NEVER seen a case that is that bad.
I personally would not build a motor out of that case.
Mag 7R cases are somewhat easy to find; I would find a better example.
