It was - She spent 3 days on the island afterwards - evacuated on a c-131 sitting on the floor with her backpack - arrived in Puerto Rico with her laptop and a change of clothes. Was in Chicago Sunday and Monday - flew back into Florida yesterday - and finally made her way to us today.
The eye went directly over their island - she said the pressure dropped so much that it made their ears pop. She said that when the eye went over - it went from like the roar of a jet engine to completely silent - totally bizarre
