I'm no Verstappen fan, but this one was not his fault. If anything, I think Vettel set off the chain of events. Verstappen had a bad start, was going straight, and was the victim of some bumper car action by the Ferraris. If you are overtaking a slower car, you need not to hit it. Verstappen didn't make any erratic moves (this time).
With that said, I think Ferrari and Vettel, barring something unexpected, have probably secured their respective places in the championship.
