When you've got essentially a full car length on the guys behind you, it's not your job to make sure they have half the track to play with. Vettel was pretty close to the middle of the track, when all this crap started, and the track is about 5 cars wide there. Kimi did have a little extra room on the left, it's a shame he didn't use it. Every driver knows that the leader's going to take a defensive line into the first corner; Max would not have done anything different than Vettel. i'm no fan of Vettel but I do feel sorry for Ferrari.
