Someone bumped or closed the door hard enough that the 3 mounts broke (3 screws left behind) and the speaker came out hanging by the wires. After inspecting the speaker it looks like someone glued (there was a bunch of glue-gun glue) a different speaker to the "frame". The quick connects for the wires are not there, just soldered wires going somewhere in the door. I went to EASY in Oakland and got a speaker and harness. I'm planning to pull the door card to investigate what is needed to get back to stock. Thanks people for all the tips.
