The instructions in Bentley are not bad.

I got the passenger door card off and noticed that there are Boston cross overs and Boston speakers (assume same on both sides).

Tip #1 - the cover for the small speaker screws on, the cover for the large speaker snaps on.
Tip #2 - if you try to take the small speaker out of the carrier you will most likely break the carrier across one or more of the screw holes. I'm not sure how to do this, I cracked mine a bit and stopped.

There are two cap screws at the bottom of the handle but the handle doesn't come off the door card until the door card is out. There is a Phillips screw coming back the other way. Careful getting the inside flap that goes over the back pocket off. There's a bit of a trick to get it off the card. E.g. take the complete handle off and then 90 degree x 2 wiggle the back off.
