I would just like to say first of all, you keep your car very clean and tidy - and it's nice to see a midyear in the condition of your car.
With that said, there are very few 77s around anymore that haven't been slantnosed, chaired, flaired, white-guaged, and so on. Even though yours has flairs, it's done well.
Hagerty puts a '77S Coupe value at $16,900 - which I think is low. The engine you have is certainly an upgrade from the 2.7 no matter what anyone says - so I think it's a plus.
The only criticism I have of the car is the Carrera 3.0 badge on the deck and the tail - but it's no big one.
It's very clean and very legit with the California BAR sticker with the 3.2 - so that's good for CA people. I would place it at $28K. Some will say higher, but I have seen some very nice stuff around the $30-$35K mark lately, so I would put yours here.
