Oblivious people (trying to be nice, I usually call them stupid people). In that situation, I usually get right up behind them drop my voice a bit lower and really project it as I say "excuse me" while I'm reaching past them. The "excuse me" usually makes them jump.

I was in a packed museum exhibit once ("Body Works", I think it was called) when the woman in front of me looked in a display case, then turned her back on it leaning up against it and started hanging out and chatting with the rest of the folks that she was there with. The exhibit was basically standing room only. That case was the next thing for me to look at, so I fully leaned up against her with the right side of the front of my body pressed against the left side of the front of her body while I looked over her shoulder at the case. It took about 1/2 a second before she was outta there in a puff of smoke like a looney toons cartoon. Invasion of personal space is very motivating for most people.
