I am seeing this more and more, people just not caring one whit that they are completely in the way, and blocking progress. Whether it is shopping carts in the middle of the isle, drivers checking emails at traffic lights, or blocking gas pumps to get a big gulp. God forbid that you actually cll them out, and say something, then YOU are the azzhole.

Another one that I see a lot is folks that walk into or out of a building (like a grocery store or something) and stop just inside of or outside of the main entrance dead center of the space that what may be a ton of other customers will be streaming through to get into/out of the building. The stop may be to play with their phone, talk to the people that they are with or scratch their butt.
