They hired a new kid at the shop my brother works at he went to take off a brake caliper with my brothers guidance and was trying to remove the bolt with a ratchet. He wasnt twisting it he tried to use it as a leaver to pry the bolt off. My brother just stood there baffled. Trust these people to do your brakes?
