I have found that electric leaf blowers pale in comparison to the gas powered ones. I've had both, currently I have an electric, can't stand it. What would take me all day with it can be done in an hour with a gas powered blower. Granted, I have a lotta leaves to move...
I can't imagine a battery powered blower working as well as one with the cord let alone better. You'll spend more money on a gas powered blower, but if you really need power, and I think that's the only way to get it.
