Honda HRX217. They are sold at big box stores, about $800. More if you want electric start.
I am 6 years into mine, it's been flawless...let me point out that I have a 0.5 acre lot, fully landscaped, probably 0.25 acres is grass, so the Honda gets worked pretty hard. I did have to replace the carb once, that was my fault b/c I forgot to run the gas out of it before one winter and it sat all winter w/ ethanol fuel in it. Carb was less than $15 on Amazon, OEM Honda, and took 20 minutes to swap out.
My understanding is that Lawn Boy is now owned by Toro, so it's now a rebadged Toro....I looked at both of those when I bought my Honda and was not impressed.
