I pathologically dislike heat and humidity so the slide into Fall is the transition I enjoy the most.
Winters in my part of Maryland are rarely harsh for more than a week at a time so I actually enjoy winter here, even the occasional heavy snow.
One more mow then it is time to tear these things down for thorough maintenance: Three cylinder diesels with 70 inch mower decks, each with 1500 plus hours on the meter, 15 years old. One has a front end loader that has been invaluable.
