Worst are traffic lights. Everyone gets on their phone and then sleeps through the green. I have been at left arrows where the average per phase is 5 cars (!).

Apparently many are not aware or don't care to follow the "new" law in CA that the phone needs to be mounted. I still see many holding the phone texting or up to their ear. The automotive-phone laws in CA appear to be ineffective.
