Send her to The Sorbonne in Paris or Trinity College in Dublin. Superior to any institution you named.
ETA: For her sake, make certain whatever school she attends is not handicapped by race-based affirmative action admissions policy. In the USA any school with a high percentage of Asian students will be better.
