I'e had both a Weber kettle and a Weber Smokey Mountain (WSM)....both together around $500 for years. A kettle is NOT a smoker...the WSM will do a 14 hour brisket staying at 225 without adding coals too....the meats are dumb....they don't know the difference in price either
