Not a problem provided both the coolers and the plumbing have adequate flow capacity.
The diameter of the hose and especially the hose-ends is important. Also avoid tight bends. Use large-radius sweeps on hose ends that are not straight.
Ryan used factory-type 30mm fittings on his setup, a good choice for flow.
