Ah man, that's terribly sad. So sorry for his family and friends to be going through this - especially that they're going through it without him. Sounds like a diving accident, but there must be more to the story as they were with a professional. I'm a diver and have friends and family who are dive masters and there are strict rules for the professional regarding constant visual contact with the clients, etc. Man - what a tragedy.
