The result? Stagnation: a 964 seller has no choice but to hold firm and be patient with the cycle. Conversely, a 964 buyer has no choice but to wait for an economic event to force seller price flexibility.

I am not interested in any appreciation, I just want to be able to drive without thinking about any kind of depreciation. If $40k for a 964 cab is a reasonable value that will hold for a while, I am in.
