I have had two P-car claims filed with AAA under the collector policy. One for a minor ish, and the second for a major. Both times, there was no monkeying around. They handled the minor by having me take it to whatever shop I wanted, and they made sure I was taken care of. The major was paid and I had a check in my hand, the day it was declared a total.
